Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Pixiv 小说翻译 (“we”, “us”, or “the Service”) handles personal data. It is intended to reflect Moldova’s Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection, which transposes the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and entered into force on 23 August 2026.
1. What we collect
We do not collect or track any visitor data during ordinary browsing, reading, searching, or using the translation service. The Service has no user registration, and does not identify, analyse, or track user activity through cookies, advertising identifiers, or similar technologies.
Preferences such as theme, font size, and the position of the quality-report button are stored locally in your browser and are not sent to us.
2. Translation service
When you use translation features, the relevant source text and necessary translation metadata may be sent to our translation service providers. Your personal information is never sent to translation service providers.
3. Translation-quality reports
Only when you confirm a translation-quality report do we record your IP address, the reported article ID, and the time of the report. The IP address is used to prevent duplicate reports and protect the reporting function, and is deleted after no more than 90 days. We do not use it for visitor tracking or profiling.
4. Legal basis, security, and retention
We process a confirmed report on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the Service, preventing abuse, and keeping a reliable report history. We keep only the information needed for these purposes, apply access controls, and do not sell personal data.
5. Your rights and contact
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, or object to its processing. To raise a privacy concern or make a request, contact abuse@pixiv.my. You may also complain to Moldova’s National Centre for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP).
6. Abuse and illegal-content reports
For abuse-related issues or articles involving violence, terrorism, child sexual abuse, or other illegal content, please contact abuse@pixiv.my. We will review your request as soon as reasonably possible and take appropriate action.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy when the Service or applicable law changes. The latest version and its date will always be published on this page.
